Solution Engineer/Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Update and prepare external documents for the company's global offices, including product manuals and solutions, and deliver keynote speeches at relevant conferences
2. Prepare project proposals, project solutions, feasibility reports, and preliminary drawings
3. Provide pre-sales technical support as per project demands, including technical exchanges, solution demonstrations, and demand surveys
4. Develop technical documents for project bidding and participate in clarifying and problem-solving during bidding
5. Handle negotiation, drafting, and review of technical agreements in project contracts
6. Conduct technical liaison with owners, design institutes, suppliers, and other related parties, breaking down customer technical requirements for HyperStrong departments to ensure efficient project execution
7. Analyze and define future product demands and take part in assessing key R&D projects
8. Conduct training sessions and provide support to our sales team/customers/channel partners
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Automation, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Power Systems, or a related field
2. Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure
3. Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented, with a cheerful disposition and a strong team spirit
4. Skilled in Office, AutoCad, and other relevant software
5. Highly preferred: Experience in renewable energy sectors such as photovoltaics, wind power, energy storage, or lithium battery industries, or related power electronics fields
6. Prior experience in energy storage and lithium battery industries, power grid enterprises, or renewable energy-related consulting and design institutions is a plus
7. Knowledge of the composition and solutions of energy storage systems and the technical architecture of lithium batteries, BMS, PCS, and EMS is favored
8. Experience in energy storage system integration and battery storage projects is highly valued
Field Engineer

1. Install and debug overseas energy storage equipment and systems
2. Work by on-site construction conditions and drawings, ensuring all the work meets specified standards, and contribute to improving completion documentation
3. Coordinate and manage daily operations at overseas project sites
4. Facilitate communication and relationship-building with customers and project owners
5. Address on-site technical issues and unexpected situations to ensure uninterrupted project progress
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, Electronic Engineering, or related technical fields, with proficiency in English
2. Highly desirable: strong knowledge of electrical schematic diagrams, system schematic diagrams, and secondary wiring diagrams
3. Electrician certification is a plus
4. Ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, and willingness to undertake business travel as needed
Project Manager

1. Prepare overseas energy storage project plans and supervise their implementation
2. Manage on-site quality, safety, and progress control for overseas projects
3. Coordinate with technical departments for technical negotiations, bidding, drawing reviews, design changes, and on-site delivery
4. Improve and manage various types of project documents
5. Responsible for pre-sales activities related to energy storage projects
6. Participate in developing standardized product definitions and conduct market, customer, and policy research
Requirements:
1. At least five years of experience in project or product management, preferably in the renewable energy sector
2. Experience in managing at least one major project from inception to completion
3. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
4. Quick-witted, eager to learn and summarize, creative, delight in challenges, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
