Henley power was founded on 2022, in Qihe Economie Development Distriet, Dezhou City, with registered capital of 214 million RMB. Its subsidiary including Inner Mongolia Zhonghe New Material Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Lanshan New Energy Technology Co..Ltd., Shandong Dehong Eleetrie Power Engineering Group Co., Ltd., and Beijing Hengtai New Energy Co., Ltd., have facilitated the layout of Henley power regarding the entire lithium battery industry chain.
